Do you have a display or plans we can view?
We don’t build display homes. Every project we take on is unique, designed for its site and shaped around the lives of its occupants.
If you already have an architect, we work closely with them to bring their drawings to life. If you are still considering your design options, we can introduce you to architects whose style and expertise align with your project. We are also happy to advise during the early stages, drawing on decades of local knowledge and construction experience.
Our focus is on collaboration. Whether you are embarking on a new build or planning a renovation, we bring the same commitment to detail, craft, and clear communication. Each home is different, but the process is consistent: careful planning, skilled construction, and respect for design intent.
I’m just doing a small renovation or deck area. Do I need a registered builder?
Yes, if the value of work is more than $5000 (including labour and materials), Victorian law requires it to be carried out by a registered building practitioner under a major domestic building contract.
Why this matters:
Using a registered Builder means you have a contract agreement - A registered builder ensures your project meets the Building Code of Australia.
Certification and builder’s warranty insurance protect you if you choose to sell the property.
For work over $16,000, domestic building insurance is mandatory. This protects you if the builder dies, disappears, becomes insolvent, or fails to comply with legal orders.
Registered and Insured Builders have undergone full Federal Police Checks as of 2025. Registered Builders have to meet strict Financial Oversight rules and reviews
Unregistered trades cannot legally take on this scale of work. Doing so risks prosecution under the Building Act 1993.
Working with a registered builder means your project is certified, insured, and built to code—giving you confidence now and value in the future.
Want to know more about the building process and have questions about how the process works and what you need to know?
We attend regular professional Development Information sessions and attend Industry Only trade fairs. The products we use all comply with Australian Standards and we do not import or use cheap materials. We only use the best. We regularly upgrade our knowledge so we understand the current Building Code of Australia. We are Fully Registered and Insured.
